Investigation on the Physical and Mental Health of College Students Based on Statistics

Contemporary college students face pressures from employment, emotion, and academic work, so the physical mental health of has gradually become focus social attention. Through a questionnaire survey, this paper investigates five aspects : students’sense health, exercise, psychological distress, stress resistance adjustment methods. College students’ been analyzed basic situation, differences in different student groups, main problems suggestions, trying to objectively reflect provide basis for development students’ideological political education.
